Daimler Trucks North America honors VOSS with Masters of Quality Award for suppliers

VOSS Automotive, Inc. has received the award “Daimler Trucks North America Masters of Quality” for tremendous service. This accolade is awarded to providers who supply the production facilities and customers of Daimler Trucks with products and services of the highest quality.

Daimler Trucks North America procures components from almost 1000 suppliers around the world. For the year 2014, VOSS Automotive, Inc. was selected as one of 91 suppliers who fulfill all high standards of the Masters of Quality Award. The selection was based on various key performance indicators such as delivery reliability, pricing, quality, aftermarket, invoicing, service, guarantee, and technical support.

VOSS Automotive in Fort Wayne is responsible for sales, logistics, quality, invoicing, and for the technical support to Daimler Trucks North America. VOSS Automotive Mexico, 2014 also singled out as one of the Masters of Quality, produces electrically heated SCR lines, coolant lines as well as special assemblies that are tailored to the wide variety of vehicles made by Daimler Trucks North America.

Vultorius accepted the Masters of Quality Award together with VOSS employees from Keith McGee, responsible for supplier management at Daimler Trucks North America, in Fort Wayne.
